sometime this fall i will take the car down to georgia and put some sil;icone on the housings and try to get all my mods done by next spring

yes i did buy new o rings and i bought a code tester to see if it would help and the code it gave me was a main oxygent sensor a leak air induction, bad spark plugs, fuel injectors,air flow meter o2 sensor,inproper fuel pressure faulty distributer or ingition wiring associated wth parts now today my mission was to toble shoot these errors so i did check the spart plugs and replaced them with new ones try to crank it and got the same results then changed the disributer cap and rotor and igniter and got the same responce the replaced the injectors again for the third time same responce air flow meter, 0 2 sensor and heater were the only thing i did not replace because i dont really know what they are do you? the locations of these items you got all these codes? first if your o2 sensor is faulty that would be a big problem b/c th computer will not be able to mix your fuel and air properly and this could make your car run rich(might be why you are smelling fuel) second, the leak in air induction prbably means that you have a leak in your itake manifold gasket third,you already changed the plugs and injectors numerous times so i doubt its that(where do you get all these injectors from b/c they are pretty expensive) fourth, the air flow meter works in conjunction with the o2 sensor and other sensors to get you the correct fuel mixture also. As for the distributor and ignition system have you changed the spark plug wires?

ok SK im going to have a look at mine we got so much rain last week that if they arent sealed properly the lens will def. be fogged up

nice to see you getting it done SK that drivers side was a real b**** even with the headlight out. there just isnt alot of room, my hands were scrped up afterwards.now when you talk about sealing them what part are you talking about?

let me ask you a question. when you start the car does it run roughly? i noticed that you said when you disconnected the injectors or plugs from cylinders 1 and 7 that the car started to shake badly. this would indicate that those cylinders are firing correctly. how much water is coming out your pipes? a little or alot? as for the smoke, i see you have one of the first ls that were made an it probably had the original headgasket which you damaged when you removed the pieces up top

i think you should flush the whole system and fill it back up with t4

this sounds like your alternator just forthe simple fact that your car was running when it went dead. the battery supplies the power to turn the starter which starts the car then the alternator takes over to supply most of the power to the accessories while the car is running and charging the battery back up for the next time you start your car.this isa simple problem to figure out, get aboost and take your car to autozone where they will check the battery & alternator for free, then get back to us

i recommend you do it b/c you sure wont have to put the money in it that you put into the 95

so true, i thought that he smelled gas in his engine. could have saved alot of time if i would have known it was coming out the pipes

if gas is leaking in the engine compartment it has to be coming from somewhere on the full rail and the coolant is probably leaking into your cylinder from a damaged head gasket

i was referring to the wipers and i will try the rainx fluid also. how expensive is that stuff?

most lexus models use atf instead of powe steering fluid, it has something to do with the properties of the fluid reacting with the seals

is the car idling roughly? if so then sk may be right

you might have damaged the injectors for those 2 cylinders, if your camshaft sensor was bad your check engine light would be on.

clean the wiper with alcohol thats what i thought sk, i started to get the rainx but didnt ill pick some up tomorrow and see how it fits

has anyoneelse bought wipers from autozone,pepboys or strauss and put them on and they dont wipe the whole windshield. ive tried the bosch, aanco and rainx, but the passenger side wiper always leaves a spot all the way on the right side of the glass on the bottom untouched

dont worry about the other codes just focus on p1410 you probably need a new egr valve b/c the one you have now is probably stuck close creating all these codes, so change the egr valve and clear the codes and you should be ok

that roll in the corners are *BLEEP*ty on the highways and sharp turns. thats the thing that bothers me the most. i would like to firm up the suspension without buying epensive coilovers.
