Binks

Hi, This is related to paint or a kind of tape which imitates paint. The roof of car has two kind of strips going along the length of the car aside doors from front to the back. I noticed that on the passenger side the paint is going off. Or, it is just a tape which imitates the paint. Please see pictures. Not sure what would be the best to do - can I just clean it and use some glue - ? Please help. Thanks, Binks
