I really thought Lexus was "better than that?" I just experience the "catastrophic oil "dump"" which everyone is still complaining about. to this day. No "idiot light" lit up on the dash and I was 5 quarts low! What's up with that? I have a 2009 RX350 with exactly 100,000 miles. I bought it from BMW of Scottsdale and it appeared to be a cream puff....One year ago. I've only put 5,000 miles on it before it blows up! Why have they, not, had a total recall of all the affected Lexus vehicles? I will not "go away quietly!" .....After calling corporate, they came back with, "Your vehicle meets the under 150,000 miles, but is 3 months past the 10 year limit for consideration of extended warranty for this issue." What a load of crap! I would love to start a class action lawsuit against Lexus to get their attention. Does anyone know how to get their attention or assist in starting a suit against Lexus/Toyota Corporate??? They need to wake up and understand that customers who, formerly, loved their products can disappear just as fast!!!
