We have the same issue on recently leased NX200T. Wife is usual driver of this car, 5'2", and she resolved to her satisfaction by simply raising the headrest to its highest position. Tried reversing it but that gave it zero support in case of an accident. Does anyone know the cost of purchasing the Canadian rests?
