Does anyone know how to disable the motion sensor on the 2004 RX 330 GPS so that addresses can be entered by the passenger while the car is in motion?

I have the 2004 RX 330 and am interested in the comment about it being easier to disable the motion sensor on the GPS for that year. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thank you.

Does anyone know how to update the GPS so addresses can be entered into it by the passenger while the car is in motion, not just when the car is standing still?
