2005 RX330

Finally went to the dealership which is my last resort.....they replaced the y-pipe heat shield clamp for a tune of $122.00. Always walk out feeling completely ripped off. I know that clamp was under $10. The noise is gone now and it had gotten much worse. I just noticed another site called ClubLexus that identified this issue.

On a recent oil change with my local mechanic, they soldered a section of the heat shield because it was loose. I had a noise before but now it is much worse. Anyone have issue with the underbelly shields? I had a huge issue with the gas tank shield a few years back that would make an unbearable noise on the highway before they located the cause.
