Passenger side visor drooping half-way, and now the drivers side is drooping. How to fix?

2005 ES300..... must be the special addition retro package. as for the tranny.....what was done when it was "serviced" a few months ago?? steviej ← Excuse me!. It's a 95 not 05. What a moron I am. Last service was normal, change fluid, check it out, etc at a shop. Shop says it was OK

2005 ES300 150,000 miles. Back out of driveway, shift to D, no go. Move to 2nd, OK, then to D and all OK except won't shift from 1st until 4k rpm. Same thing today. Fluid full, not real pink, but serviced a few months ago.
