Okay. I figured out the single connector wire is for the driver's side horn. Still working on the other.

I have a 99 RX300 I am fixing for my granddaughter. The previous owner did some "amazing" (LOL) things to the car. Under the driver's side finder, between the tire and bumper, I found this place that looks like a holder for something. Do anyone know what goes there? I also found some cut wires. They are not for the side marker light. I also found an unconnected single wire. You can see all in the attached photo. Any help is appreciated.
