That is EXACTLY what I would like to do......however the pictures of the unit already installed into the vehicle are not that helpful....I need information on how it was done. Do you know where I can get that information. ← good luck trying to duplicate that amazing project. I have a stealership installed Magellan 750NAV and it works great. that's the older model, they have newer mobile ones out for about 600 bucks, that way you can use it in multiple cars or even hiking! ← If interested I have a stock Lexus touchscreen that is oem and is plug and play , email for all the info.

Dissconnect the neg. battery terminal for 20 min. Reconnect and the code is supposed to be the last 4 digits of your vin # Good Luck !!!
