  1. Yes those are all on one 30 amp fuse. The fuses block is located on the bottom of the dash, left of the steering column. There's a plastic cover plate with "FUSE/OBD" in big letters on it. If you'll look in the index of the owner's manual under "Fuse Locations", it will direct you to the page 234 for the fuse descriptions and tags a number for the location. Hi, thanks found it, was panicking for a while, thanks again for the reply .
  2. Hi, does any one know where the fuses are for the power windows, power locks and sunroof (assuming it's all one fuse) pulled my master switch off to check why my drivers side window didn't work and when I pluged it back in nothing worked , I tried looking in manual but therte is no info where the fuse is, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
  3. Thanks, also can anyone tell me if a switch from a 94 ls400 will work they look identical.
  4. Just wondering if any one can help me locate a main window switch for a 97 lx450 at a reasonable price, up here in Ontario, Canada dealers are looking at over 200.00 , used is ok, thanks.
  5. If you're talking about the VSV for EGR, that does sound quite high. I think I paid $70 to $80 USD for it a couple of years ago. Call Dan at American Toyota, 1-800-432-6668 ext 8. Good guy and he's extremely knowledgable about this vehicle. Hi, thanks for the response, I tried that # and it can't be reached from my calling area, do you have a city or state and the name of the tech support facility that can be reached from Canada or a email address, thanks. Hmm.. no that's the number I've always used and it's worked fine. I don't have Dan's email, but you can go over the ih8mud and PM cruiserdan. It's not the best way to go, because he gets a ton of PM's nad emails a day. Calling's the best route. American Toyota is located in Albequerque, New Mexico. Thanks, Dan was a big help.

  7. I have had this VSV problem for years and it didn't bother me much because I wasn't the one looking at that engine light , but now it's my wife that's complaining so it's time to resolve this problem, any suggestions where I can pick up or order a VSV at a half decent price our dealers up here are asking over 250.00 for one , or any possible sollutions to my problem, thanks. Arthur C.
  8. It's nestle up underneath the Air Intake Chamber. Some have claimed you can unbolt it laying underneath the rig and using about 3 foot extension. I just removed the throttle body to get to it. Rookie2 ← Thanks for the info guys, any decently priced part distributors for the VSV and a EGR Vacum Modulator, thanks.
  9. Thanks I'll get the code and post it , what does VSV stand for and where is it located, thanks again.
