Problem solved! Dealer found a rock lodged between the brake rotor and backing plate.

Do you see your license plate in the backup camera view screen? I don't remember seeing it until a day or two ago. I'm thinking something is out of adjustment. Anyone have similar experience?

Our 2016 NX 200t has only 2600 miles. Yesterday, after my wife slowed down to enter our driveway a metallic, screeching noise started. We called to have it towed. When backing onto the truck bed the noise was very loud. Today the service department called and said (naturally!) they cannot detect a noise. Anybody have this issue? Any mechanics want to suggest a solution?

I moved the back head rests to the front, and turned them backwards. This looks OK, offers some whiplash protection, but doesn't bother otherwise. I left the back seats without headrests. Maybe not the safest, but I can see out the rear window better now!
