Nelson Munts

New to this forum and tried the search to no avail. I imagine its pretty common knowledge but my 12 cd changer went out on me and I know there is a good 6 cd changer upgrade from the 300 series? Just not sure of the years and saw one on my local Craigslist for $50. Can't beat the price especially if its the right year. It's from a 97 ES300. Is that compatible to my 1992 sc400? I know I will have to fab up a bracket but thats the easy part. Thanks for any info you might be able to give me.

I'm new to this forum and own a 92 SC400. I have a problem with the 12 disk Nakamichi changer accepting the magazine and loading the cd's. I shut the changer door to start the loading of the cd's and it doesn't do anything. I do have radio and everything else. It isn't on its own fuse is it? I doubt it but thats why I'm asking here. Yes I am sticking it in the right way. Any suggestions or leads would be great. Thanks
