I owned a LX470, 2001 with 19000 miles. I lefted for three months parked in a garage of a house that I owned in Hilton Head Island, SC. (from 8/31/02 to 12/03/02.
The truck developed extensive mildew on seats with permanent staining. Also corrosion under the front driver's seat, CD player and even the ring around the ignition key.
Lexus states that is not covered by warranty because is due to "the enviroment that the truck was kept in."
I am afraid that may be some other damage that I had not discovered as yet.
Anyone with similar experience?
Any suggestions or help?
I really will appreciate any responses as I feel that I must not be the only one with this problem?
