  1. Just got the engine warning light on my 96 LS. Autozone says it is code P0710 transmission temp. sensor. I cannot find this code # anywhere. Has anyone else had this same code or warning?? Don't really want to visit a Lexus dealer with this. Any suggestions??
  2. I personally use MOBIL 1 5W30. The 5W30 should get marginally better fuel economy. I also have a 96 LS. HUMBLETO
  3. Thanks pachocco1, Do you have the tutorial for the front also? Humbleto
  4. The front brakes on my 96 ls do not look anything like the tutorals in lexls.com. It appears to be much more complicated. Does anyone know where another one (tutoral) is? Thanks
  5. I've got a 96 LS 400 with 78,000 miles. Had it for about a year. Car is not driven often. After it sits in garage for a week or more brakes squeal when backing out. After driving the noise goes away. Have never had similar problem with any other car American or import. Also are pad replacement the same as earlier models such as 93 or 94? Live in the Houston area. Could high humidity be the problem?
