Hi: Had to manually close the sunroof last fall when all the motor did was click. Shop wants $65/hr. just to look. Should I remove the motor [already un-pluged it last fall ] plug it back in and with car running activate motor and check to see it the gears are working? At least then I'll know it works but somehow isn't effecting the roof.Anything else and I could do more harm than good. Or is there a more common problem with sun roofs in general with 191,000+ mi. on them? Thanks , Louis

you may be un-locking the doors with your key in your pocket simply by bending down or sitting at your desk. I do this all the damn time. And sometimes after remotely opening the door I then use the key for the trunk, the door will lock itself after taking the key out of the trunk. Just a weird price to pay for an awesome car.
