Posted this on another part of the forum, so I apologize for doing it twice, but think I was in wrong area. Need help finding a switched live and good ground in the garage door/light/roof panel for my GS 300 to hard wire my Escort Radar Dector. Anyone help me. Tx Machog

Have just purhased GS300, wow great car-but needs a good radar detector. Can get into the light/garage door opener/roof panel, but can't find a good ground and live to hook up my Escort. Need switched, so figured the rear mirror power would be good, but couldn't identify which two wires I need. Help please. Many thanks Machog
