  1. Hello

Im looking for a Grill for my 90 LS400. Would love a 93 LS400 plastic grill but dealer wants $580AUD with emblem (About $500USD) which is !Removed!.

So as i was least expecting it, I saw this aftermarket Grill and i really love it. Anyone know where i can get one from? Thanks in advance

  2. The rear seats are really good but the front feels like im sitting on a hard piece of plywood and it looks like its sagged. I wanna know if it is spose to be like this or it has sagged might get a pic later. One day i might get the leather redone but i mean if the seat has sagged then whats the point.

Problem is i dunno if my seat is a fault or if its spose to be like that but i would like to know.

    THE REAR SEATS ROCK BUT!

  3. So the kit from rush imports isn't worth it? Would the kit possibly damage the air sus quicker?

It might be wise then to just save up and when they do go bad do the conversion. Can i still lose 2" with springs and shocks? And what springs and shocks are good for all round and considering this car will never see the track?

  4. Hello

My friend noticed that when i changed gears from Park through the gears to R N and D, there was a noticeable clunk. Its a 15yo LS400.

Anyone else had this happen to them? Anyone hazzard of guessing what that could be and should it be attended to. The actual gear box is fine i think its still running very smoothly and you can't notice the gear shifts in Drive at all.

    Thanks in advance

  5. Someone suggested to me to just put fish oil over the top of the spots because its so small.

To get it repainted would probably cost more to get a new bonnet or boot. Im in the same situation as daffy while its a nice car, i don't know if its worth repainting. The speck is like a dot its so small that it would take a couple of years to get worse someone said last night especially if its already been galvanised.

But any experience with fish oil?

  6. Hello

I noticed today on my LS that there is a spot and i mean a spot (its that small) of rust on the edge of the door and boot. The door happened because of a shopping trolley i think. Anyways its really small like a speck but i just want to know more about it since i do intend to drive it for another 15 yo's at least.

1/ What damage does rust do

2/ How should i treat it

3/ Is it worth treating even if its like a speck of less than 1mm diametre

I never thought these things rust <_< i must have been the only unlucky one!

  7. Hello

Someone told me you can adjust the airsuspension by hand by just changing some nuts and bolts like this http://planetsoarer.com/lower/Lower.html. True? False?

Then today someone told me there is a computer thing where by u can lower the airsuspension somehow (By TRD maybe?) Again true? False? and if true what is it and where can this be obtained for how much?

Anyone else lowered their airsuspension cars before?

    Thanks in advance

  8. I think one of the problem with production in China is that the main driving force is production and alot of it. Production for both domestic and export market demands which is a lot! Thats why their quality control isn't up to great standards yet as that isn't their core focus even though they do emphasis on it. Thats just my opinon.

  9. Luxury names like Volkswagen/Audi and BMW are all having a go at getting a piece of the Chinese market and doing it with alot of sucess by outsourcing and assembling these cars over there. Damiler Chrysler want to follow suit with Mercedes soon however i think the luxury car boom won't be as lucrative. I sure hope Lexus don't associate assembly in China however it seems like thats the trend of recent times.

Someone told me recently the Honda Accord Euro we get is assembled in Thailand and the bigger Accord in the US!
