I had the same issue. Turns out Lexus uses recycled water when they wash the car (atleast here they do). That water is on the towels they use to wipe the interior. This is where the smell came from. My dealer washes my car every Tuesday. They only wash the outside. No wiping or anything on the inside of the car. Problem solved. I hope this helps.

Could be the version of the USB drive is too old. Even though its 2.0, it could be an older version of 2.0. I run a 64 GB USB 3.0 Flash drive with music and audio books in my 2013 ES Hybrid with no issues. my neighbor has the non hybrid and was having the same issue. We moved the data to a newer 2.0 drive and problem solved.

Has anyone been able to watch video from iPhone. I tried the standard cable with iPhone 5, car in park and E brake all the way in. No luck. Dealer states there is a way, he just does not know how. Any suggestions?
