I have a loss of power problem. Seems that car idles rough and has no power to go. Checked coils and they seem to have the same readings with an ohm meter testing primary and secondary. We tested the Voltage output from the ICU's that supply power to the coils. The one to driver side coil has 12 v at the wires that come from the 5 blade connector. The passenger side has no voltage at the 4 blade connector wires that feed that coil. The ICU's are on driver side stacked on top of each other. Where does the power that supplies the ICU's come from? Is there an control relay from the ignition system that supplies the two units?
