  1. I burn my own disks, I include the text info, id tags in versions 1, and 2. When I put the disk in it reads just fine and shows track and title info. When I press record, the title and track info disappear and I get the time and date that I burned the disk in it's place. Help Help
  2. Lexus now ignores my calls. They won't send me my service records, and the general manager of the dealership as well as the service manager don't return my calls.
  3. pemarsh, did you have your problem fixed yet??? I have the same problem and lexus has told me to go home and live with it.
  4. They told me that they loosened the exhaust system, and installed then removed 3 pieces (he explained that they were counterweights) The service manager told me that they hadn't changed anything. I got the car back today and it is as loud if not louder then ever. I followed up with a phone call to the service manager and Lexus cust. support. Thursday, I'll follow up with a letter. What is a TSB and should I tell them about it??? Did these dampeners fix your problem??? Thanks
  5. I have a 2004 LX470. It has been to the dealer now for the third time. It has spent about 3 weeks in their care and the problem has only become worse. When you place the car into drive there is a vibration/humm that permiates throughout the car. As soon as you take your foot off the brake and the rpm's come up over 600+ the sound goes away. They claim to have tried, and removed some dampening kit, didn't do it. They have had one of the "Lexus engineers" listen and he claims there is nothing wrong. The car has less then 6000 miles on it. Any ideas????
  6. I have the same problem, my car has 5000 miles on it and has spent about 3 weeks with the dealer to repair the problem. The "lexus engineer" from whereever he came from said this is normal. Did you resolve your problem??? Any ideas???
