I have a '01 LS430 Premium package and the display panel for navigation, audio and climate control has stopped responding with the touch screen. Ay ideas???

I have a new for me 2001 LS430 which came with only one ignition key and one door key (no master key or number) How do I create new ignition keys without spending a frotune through the Lexus Dealer????

how do I cancel the annoying recording for my 2001 LS 430. "the Lesus link system is not working......" which comes on every time the car is started????
