I was wondering where besides the junkyard would I be able to find the ? hinge? part that keeps the hood down. The part that holds down the hood front center part of hood. I got in a little accident and that piece is messed up and need a new one. Anybody know where I would be able to get that for a 90' es250? Thanks.

I was driving to the mall when I stepped on the brakes and all of sudden it felt like there was no fluid. I went outside to look around and I noticed that brake fluid was leaking along the driver side right underneath the car inbetween the driverside door and rear driver side door. I noticed their were like brake fluid lines running right along the car. Everytime I stepped on it fluid was leaking right out. I was wondering if somebody has had this issue. Or how much or what would I need to replace. Just trying to get an idea. By the way I drive a 90' es250. Thanks in advance.

the other day it was raining and my car's stock alarm went. I found out the pasenger rear door sensor was not working right. I would push it in but no luck, but sometimes when I did the courtesy lights and gauge light went out. The lights were off only temporarily they'd eventually come back on. A little description of the thing is when you close the door, there is a little tap that gets pushed in by the door. Anybody know how to fix this? Would I need to get a new sensor maybe? grease it up? Anybody encounter this problems before? Thanks.

I think its called the header pipe on the es250. Anybody have any experience replacing it? If I do replace it do I need gaskets on each end? Thanks.

I think I have a hole in the exhaust system and need help identifing the part. The loud hole in the exhaust sound only sounds loud when transmission is in gear "D" and it is coming from right underneath the engine. You can hear it more from the driver side than the passenger side. You can also hear it being loud when you start the car. Could it be coming from the end of the headers? Exhaust pipe? Suggestions....comments? Thanks.

on a es250 with 170xxx miles on it. I was thinkin' mobil 1. What does it say in the manual? Oil filters where can I get? Thanks.

I have a ES250 and I am not getting any heat from the car. When I turn the heat on its just cool air. I have the thingy turned all the way to the hot part. What could be the result of this? What should I check? Any suggestions would be greatful. Thanks.

I was wondering if anybody has changed fuel filters in the ES250? I was lookin' to save a few dollars and do it myself? Anybody know a good place to get one? Maybe the dealer? NAPA? Also, a write or something would be cool. I've done it in a 300zx. Thanks.

I haven't driven my Lexus for about two years now and finally fixed it up but now there is or seems to be an oil leak. Right about the exhaust cover/above the engine head there is oil/dust build up its prolly is oil because its built up thick black gunk. and if I look directly down into the engine their is this piece that looks like it is covered with oil (it is below the the head of the engine where the header is coming from). Can anybody help? Do I have a serious oil leak? Sorry about the really bad description. Thanks.

I have a 90' es250 and my cd player is not working. It keeps rejecting my cd's and I've used one of those special cd player cleaners. I was wondering where I would be able to get a new or used cd player for my deck. Also, where is the best place to get new or used parts for my Lexus. And anybody know how to take off the dash to get to the deck? Thanks.

I was wondering where is the best place for me to get a tune up for my car beside the Lexus dealer? My 90' ES250 has about 170xxx miles on it and I have not driven it for about a year and a half now. Also, anybody know a place where I could get some good tires at a good price for my stock rims? Also, any suggestions on what to fix or replace on my ES250? Thanks for your time.
