I checked the fuse boxes and everything seems ok....the connecter to the joystick seems fine and the driverside controller module is getting power..... What could it be?

I recently changed the regulator on the driverside and now one of the black guide pins(I think that's what they are) is broken. Can I replace it? or do I have to buy a new window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
