Anyone know a good place to find one? I tried to roll my window down and I heard all kinds of bad noise, tried to roll it back up and it won't move! An auto shop wants $800 just for the part.

Including replacing the water pump and the two drive belts? I'm not car savvy and when I called the two dealerships the Lexus one quoted me $875 and the Toyota place quoted me $700. Am i getting ripped off?
