@ Mr Horning Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction. I will go and check that fresh air inlet opening and see if I can spot any debris.

Anyone else in here noticed rusty colored water discharge from the air conditioner? Everytime the wife parks her 400h on the nicely painted garage floor the discharge on the floor after the vehicle is parked for a few minutes is all rust colored and stains the floor as well. The discharge is evident just below the dash board area onto the floor. It is NOT coming from below the engine area. My guess is something within the air conditioning vapor discharge plumbing is rusting. Any body else here have something similiar happen. Thanks in advance for the help.
