i went to dealer for recall. after fixing the recall. the diagnostics as per them is: Oxygen sensor 399 + one ignition coil 324.11 Total 723.11 + 13% tax But they say still no guarantee the check engine light and vsc off signal will not come back. per them, the tune up is due in another 11k kms, so it better to get tuneup 480.00 + all coils 944.66= 1434.66+ Oxygen sensor 399. In total spend about $2000 today. the amount seems to be atrocious to me. I am in toronto, about an hour drive from buffalo. can someone suggest me if it will make sense to go to Buffalo to get it fixed. Need help please

Dealer told me that it needs to be replaced at 192k kms. So i guess i still have some time. Thanks everyone.

I had one remote key for my rx. it seems that i have lost it. now i have only one key which is valley key. checked with dealer, it seems a bit of expense to get a new remote key. has anyone got any other suggestions/experiences-like after market.

Hi there, Thanks for the response. I called Lexus Canada. The car has recall for Oil Cooler Pipe. It seems to be the offshoot of this Oil Cooler Pipe. Will know more when I go to dealer on Thursday. Till then I am keeping fingers crossed.

Hello All, I was just driving my RX350 at about a speed of 40KM when the VSC Off and Check Engine Light has turned ON. Can someone guide me how to get rid of this? How much expense is involved?

Anyone knows if i need to change transmission oil in my 2009 RX350. I could not find anything in the manual though. My car has 178k KMS.

hi RX400h, i read online that Meguiars ScratchX is for paint scratches. The scratches i have are inside of the door on the hard plastic part (right above the door pocket). Will Meguiars ScratchX still b helpful?

Hi There, I have a 2009 RX350. I have got a scratch from gas cylinder on the inside of the door. Basically, it is on the plastic. the scratch is about 6 inches long. Not very deep but it looks ugly. Anyone has any remedy to clear that out or at least make is less visible. Thanks, Harry

Hi there, TPMS light for RX350 does not go off. i have got the tire pressure checked and it has the correct pressure now. But the warning light is still there even after driving almost 50 kms. As per manual, the TPMS needs to be checked. Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks, harry

do you have a factory installed USB. I have 09 RX with Nav but there is no USB port. If it is from outside, do you recommend any?

Thanks Paul. I will try Sewellparts.com. Not sure if they ship to Canada. On another thought, I can use regular valves. The downside will be that TPMS will not work. Right! Correct. The regular valve stem will not work and it will cause the tire low pressure light in the instrument panel to be on all the time. I have done a search of our data base and pulled out some threads on this subject. I think you'll find a lot of information here. I bought Lexus rims and winter tires for my 2009 RX350. The rims dont have TPMS. Do i need to buy an extra set of TPMS nozzles as well. Has anyone else experienced same issue. Please help.
