  3. go here http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/ind...p;siteid=214074 and type in the part number 89467-48011 there is one on ebay too
  4. replacing the under the car was a nightmare, the bad o2 had to be torched off then the manifold had to be rethreaded dont attempt this unless you have a lift and torch
  5. show me a link for these sensors for less than $100 each with the harness
  6. I dont get it, they think because you drive lexus you should pay $200 a sensor? where can I pick a pair up for a reasonable price?
  7. $48 for a before the cat o2 at napa? WRONG
  8. The car is a 00' rx with 40k on it. My Check Engine light comes on intermitinly with codes 1130 , 1150 and 0171, In searching this site I find that the manifold o2's seem to be the problem. (i cleaned the MAF wires) Does it sound right to pay $200+ for an o2 and that both have to be replaced? I mean its quite a bit of cheddar for o2 sensors. can they be cleaned?
  9. thanks! Your right it, fluid level was low (not much). would you go semi metaliac or ceramic pads? also can the factory rotors be turned?
  10. I noticed my brake light on the dash comes on and chimes once from time to time then goes off, the rear brakes are getting low, not making noice yet. does the light go on when the pads are low? Can I get pads at autozone for my rx?
  11. so the part that goes bad is in which door? I thought it was a hidden fuse or relay thats the culprit The switch (it used to be a plunger type switch on older cars at the door hinge) that controls the interior lights is inside the door panels. Evidently this switch is either sticking or went bad. My 99 RX does the same thing intermittently. This has been discussed on this forum before, but I don't remember how much it costs to replace. All I remember is that it's pricy. BTW, this switch is also connected to the automatic relock system on the car - if you haven't opened the door within 30 seocnds, it locks again. And don't do what my son did, he unlocked the door, set the keys on the seat, and closed the door. With the switch sticking, the doors relocked. ←
