I’m currently in the Southeast region and I’m working across 3 dealerships in my area to get my 2023 RX FSport the quickest. Here’s the question: Can anyone explain the ‘dealer allocation’ process to me? Seems as though, many in non-Southeast regions have good detail and estimates about your vehicle build/arrival, but there are some of us who don’t know squat…and it seems our salesmen are equally clueless. What gives? Are 2023 RX FSport’s rare? Patiently waiting, but growing impatient since my November 2022 deposit. TIA BTW, if I need to stop it with the 'Betty White' act and eat a Snickers...just say so. I'll learn to be patient and trust. 🙂

I have not seen them, so I am unsure about the condition...but the seller claims that they are in excellent shape.

Morning guys, First off...pardon my laziness...I am making this post without conducting a search AT ALL. Here's my question... I have the opportunity to get a great deal on a set of 18" wheels from a Lexus LS460. pic included. Will this fit on my 2000 ES300? If so, how much am I impacting the smooth ride that I currently have...this is the wifey's car...so that is important. If the impact greatly affects the ride, I will keep these in storage until I purchase my LS430. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I have reached the end of the internet, and cannot find a place to buy manual rear sunshades for my 2000 ES300 Platinum Edition. Does anyone have any idea where I can find these? My local dealer does not have them in stock, but they can order...I prefer to buy for a decent price online.

Need some advice on this one: Just took my 2000 ES300 (28K) for a routine oil change at my local Lexus dealer. Yesterday, I discovered an oil leak around the front passenger area (oil pan area?)!!! Note: I have just purchased a garage for my Lexus (home included :D) , so maybe i've never noticed this leak before when I was parking at my apartment complex. But, this is the first time that I noticed it in my garage, so I think it is new. Haven't checked it today, though. Is it normal for the oil pan, or that general area to leak a few drops after an oil change? I'm clueless when it comes to oil leaks. Maybe I should check to see what weight of oil was added? 5w30 is the correct weight, i believe. Please share your words of wisdom.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that didn't I. Yeah, I checked the brake fluid level...its fine. I'm mainly concerned if there are some known issues where using the emergency brake throws something out of wack.

This morning on my way to work, my wife says that the brake light was intermittently going on and off. She made sure that the emergency brake wasn't on, and it continued to happen. Then after about a mile or two down the road it stopped. Anybody else ever experience something like this before? I haven't been able to find any threads on brake light problems. Note: We do frequently use the emergency brake. Is this a problem? 2000 ES300 Platinum Edition ~20K miles

I decided to go with the Bridgestone Potenza G009's. I got them from Tire Rack. I couldn't find any Lexus owners with them...so I decided to be the 'guiney pig'. I'll write reviews of them during my experience.

How do your Yoko's perform now? Road Noise? Cornerning Stability? Rain? Etc? I'm thinking about getting a set.

After reading several reviews, I have added the following tires to my list (per my budget): Bridgestone Potenza G009 Yokohama Avid H4S Falken Ziex ZE-512 Continental ContiPremierContact Please give your opinion of these tires. I need to order some tires ASAP, due to low tread on my stock Bridgestone Potenza 92s. Thanks.
