Does anyone know if an upgrade to the navigational DVD is include with a new vehicle? I just had my 2001 LX470 in for routine service & they said it was not included. I think I remember the salesman mentioning that 1 upgrade was included. Thanks Phil

The problem is caused by the mapping data. Many companies use GDT for their data and it is historically off by the amount you mentioned.

My 2001 LX470 vibrated (at the small shifter lever) from the day I drove it off the lot & Lexus says it is normal.
