hit the menu button go into the menu that says dvd version. Tap the screen top left bottom left top left bottom left bottom right hold down the overide button till it beeps and it has a black outline around it dont play wit any thing else in this menu then just hit back you will have to do this every time you start the car

Its baby blue. If your sitting in passenger seat looking at the back of nav screen left plug bottom left hand corner. Did you tape both sides of the wire once cut so they didnt touch each other by chance when you put it back together. There is a couple baby blue wires. Double check let me know if that doesnt work you will have to wait till I do a new one to check if they changed it.

Correction Sirius tuner will fit behind glove box of GX not xm you can put the xm tuner under carpet below passenger seat.

Parts223 you are doing to much work first of all if your doing the sirius tuner you can do the lx kit I beleive jashev was talking about the Xm tuner which you can use a 05 lx kit but not a 06 kit if you look in TIS the 06 kit needs to be connected to the rear seat audio controls on the back of the center console. As for putting the tuner all the way in the back of the car you can get either tuner xm or sirius in gx or rx behind the glove box. The only thing that you are getting from the factory amp is constant and ground cut that Y harness off in there is a yellow (constant ) black (ground) wire you can get that behind the radio. Put the antenna on the roof next to the sunroof passenger side run wire down the A pillar into engine compartment threw grommet into car. 45 minutes max as for how man I did more than 11 last week. power behind radio RX blue/ black stripe constant Brown ground GX blue / yellow stripe constant White / black stipe ground usually use power outlet

lexme that is the antenna next to the review mirror for better reception you need to have them take out that antenna and put a antenna on the roof of the truck work 100 times better. Jashev I dont know if you noticed my profile or not but I live in New Jersey.

That is the right part number but the dealer is probably not the right place to get it done. The reason I say that is if they dont have instructions brackets and a specific place to put the unit they are lost.

The 06 lx kit requires you to hook up to the rear seat audio display. In 05 it didnt. So the kit you need to use in a gx is 05-06 es kit. But you need to get creative with location of components. Jashev you should of asked me first did the dealer charge you for the 2 hours labor.

pry out vents above nav sreen start on left then goto right there are 2 plugs one for clock one for hazards unplug set vent aside. There are 2 10 mm bolt behind vents. Use a hook tool to get up behind the ash tray and pull it towards you. There one plug for the cigarette lighter unplu and set it aside. There is two more 10 mm bolts. You will notice to the left of the bolt in the bottom right hand corner there is a black plug remove that and the whole radio should come right out. Use towels to lay on the console so you dont scratch anything.

you dont want a lx kit for your gx if you getting xm you want a es kit lx xm kit is specific to lx cause of the the rear audio controls

Jashev I did Two RX 330's yesterday one with XM one with Sirius I used the factory ES 330 kits. And what is funny I was just posting it in the RX330 section and I put in it that the only weird thing was that the display spelled out TAT instead of SAT and then I seen your post .
