I have a RX 330 with a small cut/gash on the area directly above the glove box. The cut is in the vinyl cover and I would like to mend it so the tear doesn't get bigger and begin to peel off. Has anyone had this same problem - is there a good product to repair this type of cosmetic issue?

I live in Denver. Does anyone have a reputable repair shop for an RX330 Lexus ? I'd like to find a repair shop that may be less expensive than the dealer. Thanks and Happy New Year!
