I have taken my 2009 RX 530 to Lexus of Manhattan and bay Ridge Lexus. Have always come out feeling totally ripped off. Every time I go in they show a long list of things that the car needs and then give me a bill for $700. Always come out feeling ripped off!!! I wish they would realize it is bad business to make customers feel this way - but it's their style I guess. I want to take my business elsewhere - pay my hard-earned money to someone that I feel more happy giving it to. Any recommendations? I am open to non-dealer shops as well.
