  1. I have a 93 GS which had a broken cupholder when I bought it in 2001. I replaced it for $125 from the dealer. Expensive but well worth the savings in aggravation and has worked beautifully since.
  2. Maybe you can fix it yourself. Check out this guy's great photo how-to. http://www.cureline.net/lex/howtos/howto_w...w_regulator.htm Good luck
  3. Hey guy, Forgive me if this question is redundant but I just need some direction. I have a 94 GS300 with the Premium Sound system. My changer is the Fujitsu Ten 12 disk model. I often get an "ERR" message on the display and no CDs play. It happens on all disks. However sometimes the changer works just fine. My changer is consistently inconsistent! Is this changer worth fixing or should I simply replace it? I found a place online that fixes them for $250 or I have heard I can replace it for between $500-600. Which is the best route? Thanks for your help.
  4. Hey guys, I found a great Lexus Certified mechanic in Los Angeles. If anyone need one, let me know and I'll pass along his number. As far as the ambient temp sensor, it is clipped onto the front bumper (to the left side of the right headlight). It turns out mine is missing. Drumboy
  5. Hey guys, Does anyone know where the ambient termperature senser is on a 94 GS300. You know, the senser that gives you the outside air temperature on the A/C LCD? Mine doesn't work and I'm thinking maybe I can fix if I know where it is. Also, does anyone know the wattage on the sound system for this model and year? It's got the Premium System with the 12 CD Changer. Thanks for the Insight, Drumboy
  6. Hey I just found your post. I have a 94 GS300 and my check engine came on right after I bought the car from a small independent car lot. It turned out to be an EGR hose which the Lexus dealer fixed for a small fee. This was after I spent weeks trying to get an independent mechanic to fix it. Sometimes the dealer is the way to go. Good luck!
