can parts from a toyota aristo be used on a lexus gs 300 im trying to get it to go faster and i have a chance to buy a aristo but if i can use any of the parts i don't want it the aristo is the s300 version so it's the same engine but im not sure if the parts will fit please help!!!!

i am looking to make my gs faster but all i keep on coming up with is the 2jzgte engine swap but mine comes with the 2jzge engine so where can i find aftermarket upgrades if there are any and if so where can i buy them?
