i have a 1999 rx 300. when the car is cold it will not idle, after a few miles of driving then it usually does. I unplugged the MAF sensor with no change, i did the same with the idle air control valve same result. There is no code being read from the car, no engine light. Any ideas what to check for and how to check it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
