I just bought a 1999 rx300 and i have few issues 1) it seem they bypassed the anti theft as the key does not contain the unlock bottons and the alarm doesnt work my question for this is how can i get the alarm reconnected and get alarm keys? 2) the car take a while to start sometime as much as 5 time, the battery is brand new the starter is good so im wondering Could it trottle body that need cleaning? 3) my radio come on but little sound comes out the speaker 4) check engine light came on its giving codes p0446 and po441 both evap system....thank for the help in advance
