Hi...I'm trying to solve this same "fast blinking" turn signal problem and I'm having trouble locating 2 of the 3 bolts to remove the headlight assembly. I removed the black plastic cover. I see one bolt right on top. I see one screw at the corner of the headlight and the turn signal assemblies. Where are the other 2 bolts that hold the headlight assembly? Thanks!!

Hi, A family member passed away and her 1999 ES300 is being shipped to me (in California) from New Jersey. Were cars like this, originally sold outside of California, certified as "50 state emissions" or "49 state emissions"? I understand that when the car arrives I can look for a sticker under the hood that will answer my question, but it's already on the truck... If you happen to have a car like this (1999 and originally sold outside of CA) and wouldn't mind, could you look for that sticker and let me know if it's "49 state" or "50 state"? I guess if it's only 49 state I will have to make some mods prior to being allowed to register it. Thanks!!
