  1. Hi, Got a new 2009 Lexus Rx 350 and right now I just noticed on the passenger side backdoor, it is not smooth and there seems to be something wrong with the door mechanism/handle. If I push it slightly, it will not close properly, seems like an issue with the locking mechanism, so unless I push hard, the door will not close, and when I open it, it makes a rather loud snap than the usual soft sound when opening all the rest of the doors? has anyone had this issue before, is it a door alignment issue or do you think spraying some wd40 on the door lock will make this go away?
  2. Hi, reading through posts and notice that there are discussions about 5w20 and 5w30, there was a TSB in 2006 to switch to 5w20 for some cars, but then the 2009 were produced later and the manual still saids to use 5w30. I have read other posts claiming certain dealers are putting either 5w30, 5w20, or even 10w30. Now I was wondering which is right and has Lexus actually came out and told us exaclty if the new oil should be 5w20 or 5w30, also how much does this really effect gas mileage, engine, etc? Any official word as I would like to change the oil myself and am now confused as to which I shoudl be using.
