    I want to change my ATF and Filter. With the changes in fluid over there years can you anybody recommend the right fluid. Also what brand filter and gasket do you recommend? And last. Is there any tricks or additions I should know about before I start this project? LS400 1995.

    Do you think the PS Flush steps Neofate posted will work on my 1995 model. The link states 90-94. I followed the all the suggestions and instructions as described in the post. Everything worked out great. Power Steering issues gone.

    The reservoir deal does not match the original. I'm leaking from the reservoir where it joins the new pump.

    Yes the copper washers are new. I did not check the torque spec but will. Would you think to much would cause it to leak?

    I replaced the PS Steering pump in my 95 LS400. The problem I am having is the main supply line will not stop leaking. I don’t know if I’m missing a washer, gasket or something I’m unaware of. What I have now is a copper washer on the pump side and a copper washer on the other side with the bolt through and tightened. Can you tell me if I am missing something or doing something wrong? It is leaking right at the connection to the new PS pump. Thank you.

    While removing my power steering pump the black part that has the 2 nipples sticking out of it for the vacuum lines broke. Both nipples broke off. Can anybody tell what the name of this part is. It is bolted in and black at the end with the 2 small hoses connected to it. The hoses just slip off. Thank you

    Thank you. I was thinking that would work but I wanted to double check.

    The plug or (pigtail) that connects into the alternator was broken while I was taking out my power steering pump. Has anybody had to replace this plug? If so where did you find it and do you know the part number? The plastic surrounding the three plug has broken away and I’m afraid this will cause problems. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
