  1. The title pretty much says it all. We all know Lexus' last a long time, but what I want to know is who has the most miles on their Lexus? I think I lose for highest mileage as our 2002 LS430 has 64,000 miles. :)

  3. I'm not surprised at all. Lexus makes a good quality vehicle. Our '02 LS430 never gives us trouble. After nine years, the LS still feels brand new, having leather, soft touch plastic, or wood wherever you look. All of the buttons do what they're supposed to do, the seats perform all of their functions, and the engine runs as quietly and flawlessly as ever. Now that's quality. :)
  4. We have a similar thing going on where I live. Here in Scottsdale, Arizona, BMW's are as common as dirt. Go to an intersection, and you guarunteed to see at least three 328's. The 5-Series Beemers are popular here, too, and they're always white, black, or silver, and chances are there's either a clueless woman or a yuppie at the wheel. In the col-de-sac that I live in, there are eight houses. Three of those houses are home to a BMW. I think people here in Arizona have caught the BMW bug.
  5. Welcome to the community, Matt! Congrats on your GS! They're fine cars.
  6. Even though I'm not the one who owns the LS430 at our house, (it's my dad's car, and I'm not of age to have a car yet :( ) I can say that I'm probably more OCD about it than he is, go figure, huh. He's willing to let it remain dirty for quite some time, and usually I'm the one who ends up washing it, though he helps, but his eyesight isn't the best, so I usually touch up missed spots. Luckily, the few passengers that ever do ride in the LS seem to respect it, they usually just sit and look out the window without fiddling with the buttons. :)
