Being on the left coast, thanks to California Air Resources Board, I can breath clean air and enjoy the pano view from my rear deck without looking through visibility-reducing smog. The 91 octane Chevron gas works fine in my high compression IS350, no pinging.

No big surprises to me. Mostly sensible choices.

Not worried about it, I've been using Chervon gasoline 98% of time for last 15 years, with no problems.

Wow, great pics. Luv that car! That interior is about as good as it gets in mid-sized premium cars. Interior quality is fine from what I noticed and felt at Pebble Beach intro and local dealership later. Sweet engine, the DI 3.5. I've been told they gave the new GS some good intake and exhaust sound when revved hard, something I can appreciate. I haven't driven one yet. (On my IS350, I had to add the F-sport exhaust to get some satisfying sound when pressed, it really made the difference.)

Serious upgrade, congrats. GS has really improved.

Suzuki was expected. It's interesting how Mercedes carefully keeps it's distance from Smart in US market. Don't expect Scion to disappear soon.

I agree. Our Lexus is SP and when it's clean, waxed and in the sun, it looks interesting/great. Easy to keep clean too. I prefer my SUV's in white, so the new Mazda CX-5 is Crystal White Pearl Mica.

Starfire pearl is an amazing color especially when seen in certain lighting conditions. I refuse to own the common plain silver gray color, way too common and too dull for me.

I lost one close family member on a m/c, hit headon, driver of car was at fault and found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Coffin purchased separately.

Considering it's size it's relatively safe, at least in case of the unlikely event it crashes into something similar in size/weight. Otherwise not as safe as larger and heavier IIHS top safety pick. My preference for more "fun to drive" than a Smart is a Lexus (IS350 Fsportedup w 19,s, T1R, F sport exhaust), very quick, crisp handling, very fun. Not all Lexus cars are a big LS sized boat fortunately.
