Hi I just purchased a SC400 with the rear differential locked (according to the last owner, it was soldered for drift spec). Now I am having a problem that when I try to turn 90 degree, the engine stops if I dont press the brakes or if I dont give gas. It kind of sounds like what happens to manual transmission as if the rear wheels dragged the engine speed to a halt. I'm just wondering if its the differential the problem or is it something else. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
