That isn't correct. I always put in park before turning it off. And i turn off before opening the door. I've tried all combos and no matter what i do, it beeps.

When I turn off the car and then open the door it starts the loudest, most obnoxious beeping. What is it doing - warning me that I opened the door? It's seriously driving me insane and I'm ready to start pulling out jumpers under the hood or something. I have a 2009 IS350. Does anyone know how to disable the beep ? Thank you!!!
