    Greetings!

just read the article on the ES300h...nice wheels...
  2. I see you did IAC however did you disassemble it or just spray cleaner through it.? Sometimes a complete cleaning by dissasembly is required...And make sure all of the little parts are intack.
  3. You you join club lexus and then log into Sewell Lexus you can get the cargo cover for around $400....Pretty pricey item...but better than the $600 plus normal price. I would check EBay or a junk yard.
  4. My Roseville dealer has been terrible, but the Toyota dealership in the same auto mall has treated me fantastic...Yea Toyota. They have even given me huge markdowns on parts for my Lexus RX400H. They will continue to be my dealer of choice...
  5. I have successfully used mobile 1 synthetic tranny fluid and found smoother shifts. Enjoy your new ride
  6. be creative. think outside the box....show a picture of universal and how it is supposed to be attached.....pictures are worth a thousand words
  7. Good advice James...Hope poster finds such a caring person.
  8. that would be my first try....Hopefully your cam shaft timing gear assembly is not sludged up....
  9. I dont know if it is not correct, but mine does the same thing....Sometimes we overthink things...The flashing light is the same on mine unlocked...
  10. I will tell you at 87k miles the transmission fluid in the front was brown in my RX400h (2008)
  11. Schedules go by time, mileage, and whether you have severe conditions such as all city driving or towing.
  12. Glad your ok, I am always thankful for my family and their safe arrival at their destinations.
  13. I wonder if your steering rack is loose, but if you can jack the front up and try moving the wheels maybe you might get a better idea from where the pop is coming from.
  14. Quarter inch drive and 3 inch extension required. On The RX300 it can be done without removing the intake....It is definetly tight. Do the fronts first for practice as you can see, and the back will be mostly by feel....
  15. It has been discussed over and over, the recommended is premium, but many do as you do. THe computer compensates, but apparently you loose some power....It is a high compression engine....but the marvels of computer control do wonders with these engines....
  16. One other thing, did you look with a flashlight into the connector (spark plug) end to see if you had any corrosion? That could cause missfires also.
  17. When you changed plugs did you use OEM or Bosch..? Bosch are bad...Otherwise start the process of moving coil packs and see where the code changes.
  18. I have the same issue with putting in addresses...Sometimes it makes me want to smash the navigation panel....Funny I can hit navigation on my phone and give a address and bam it is there and already directing me...What in heavens name is wrong with Lexus and their navigation. It should be friendly....
  19. Your very welcome...
  20. On this day, I wish to express my deepest thank you to all that have served. God bless everyone of you.
  21. If it has a PCV valve (positive Crankcase valve) change it...You might be building up to much pressure and the valve is a cheap way to find out. the valve cost about $7.20 from Rock Auto.com...but can be bought from Toyota or Lexus.
  22. Samsung Galaxy s III is one of the best out there with a huge 4.8 inch screen...its a toss up, but I personally dont like to support Apple, and the Android phones are really fast... note: I dont have one but have the Motorola Razr....
  23. Oh I miss my old Triumph TR250....Those were the days for fun driving....
  24. I just wanted to thank all fellow veterans and offer this very old but appropriate video to the sacrifices given by past and present. I hope it makes you proud.
