My93Sc400in1st

there is a problem with my passenger door. It seems like the latch is unhooked somehow i tried to put the window down to pry the panel but the window wont go all the way down it seems like its getting stuck somewhere at the half point of the door. It is almost impossible to take the panel off with the door closed and i don't wanna break it as it cost nearly $400 any help?
