$22k is a bit high for the miles...I bought mine from a private seller for $20k with 68k. Check eBay and cars.com and look for a local ones you can go look at. But 100k is nothing to be concerned about since you can go to 200k with no problem if you take care of it.

What oil filter do you guys recommend?

I'm a new owner of a 2000 LX470 with 68k miles that I bought for $20k. That price is reasonable but that's about what it should be so don't feel like you need to buy the first one you see. Make sure you get one that has been maintained well.

Your best bet would be to put it on eBay.
