Just talked to someone who seems to know about the Motorola v710 issue at Verizon. There is a fix, but they haven't implemented it yet. The are currently evaluating the situation, but one of the tech guys told me it's probably just a matter of time before the patch is available. But if everyone complains, perhaps something will happen faster....although this is the phone company so who knows if they'll listen!

I have the Motorola v710 from Verizon. As everyone knows, I can't transfer my cell phonebook over to my RX330. I've been told by someone at Motorola that the software will work and it's not a Verizon issue.....that it's a Lexus issue and they are working with them on it. Is that what anyone else hears??

Are you sure that you can't use 1-touch calling when the are is moving? The manual says you can, but unfortunately I can't say for sure since I haven't gotten the phone yet.

I"m planning to buy the Motorola v710 from Verizon. I know that I won't be able to transfer my phonebook, but will I be able to do most other functions. And will I be able to do voice activated calling? e.g. just say "Home" and it will dial home?

Anyone know of any Verizon phones that work with a 2005 RX 330?

I bought my RX in September...one of the first 2005s off the line, and I'd never take anything else. There is hesitation occasionally, but it has never been an issue from a driving or safety standpoint. Without a doubt, it's the most comfortable ride I've ever had, and I test drove many other cars before settling on the RX.

Just put money down on a 2005 RX330...Flint Mica/Black interior with NAV package for $41,500. Sound like a good deal?
