Same issue with my 2007 rx 350. Took it to toyota dealer for oil change and air filter since they are closer and cheaper. Thanks for this post, saved me big trip to Lexus dealer and how many $$$

Just had same issue with my 2007 rx 350. You have to hold the button at full up at each window for a few seconds (it will be blinking and then it turns solid) Each window needs to be reset this way
