I need some advise how to remove and install new spark plug seal. Atfer looking at the underside of the cover I noticed 2 metal tap. How can I instal the new seal w/o damaging it. I think the metal tap is there to keep the seal from coming out.

I'm in the process changing the valve cover gasket,spark plug and ign. coil. Do you guy torque your spark plug,valve cover gasket cover and the intake plenum.If so what's the torque set on them. Should I go ahead and replaced the knock sensor while I have everything open up. TIA
