Where can I go online or in a store to get a good price on hood struts for my '99 LS400?... And are they hard to install?

I am missing a tool from the trunk tool kit in my '99 Lexus LS400... I think it is probably the flathead screwdriver to pop off the wheel center caps. What website or place could I order one from? Thanks!!!
